Master Services Agreement & Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 17, 2026 • Version: v2.0-90day-pilot

1. Binding Agreement & Clickwrap Acceptance

This Master Services Agreement and Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between IS Tech Advisors, LLC ("Company", "we", "us") and the subscribing professional practice or entity ("Client", "you"). By completing checkout, selecting a payment plan, or accessing theleadattendant.com, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by all terms set forth herein.

2. 90-Day Pilot Commitment, Payment Options & Auto-Renewal

Because multi-touch physical direct mail compounds over a 90-day window, The Lead Attendant operates strictly on a minimum 90-day (Quarterly) initial commitment per Allocation Block. Upon checkout, Client may elect one of two billing structures for their initial 90-day allocation:

3. Quarterly Quota Allocation & Daily-Paced Fulfillment

Each standard 90-day Allocation Block includes a fixed turnkey fulfillment quota:

4. Modular Allocation Blocks & 100% Exclusive Entity Lock

The Lead Attendant operates on a modular 100-Entity Monthly Allocation Block architecture within your designated county and professional vertical (e.g., Certified Public Accountant / Accounting Practice):

5. Non-Refundable Fulfillment & Territory Lock Policy

Because county prospect allocation blocks are immediately reserved upon checkout, dedicated local telecommunication tracking lines are provisioned, and automated commercial print and USPS First-Class postage workflows are irrevocably queued upon onboarding, all payments—including $897.00 monthly pilot installments, $2,497.00 upfront pilot payments, and subsequent renewals—are final and non-refundable once checkout is completed. Client expressly waives any right to initiate payment chargebacks for active allocation periods or dispatched mail runs.

6. Public Registry Data, USPS Delivery & Performance Disclaimer

7. Regulatory & Professional Advertising Compliance

The Client bears sole responsibility for the ethical and professional compliance of marketing letters and postcards dispatched under their corporate branding. Certified Public Accountants, attorneys, insurance agencies, and licensed professionals must ensure their firm branding and campaign templates adhere to applicable state board rules, disclaimer requirements, and Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) standards.

8. Governing Law, Venue & Contact

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive venue in Charlotte County, Florida. Questions regarding these terms may be directed to IS Tech Advisors, LLC at 1-239-737-3657.
